In this role, you'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, supported by an experienced team, helping clients through the buying and selling process from instruction through to completion.

We're working with a highly regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.

You'll handle a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters. With strong administrative support in place, you'll be able to focus on delivering an excellent service to your clients while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

The firm is looking for someone with previous residential conveyancing experience, whether you're a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Fee Earner. Just as importantly, they're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and working as part of a collaborative team.
