We're working with a well-established law firm in Tunbridge Wells that is looking to recruit a Landlord & Tenant Dispute Resolution Lawyer to strengthen its growing Litigation department.
You'll advise a broad range of clients on both residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, handling a varied caseload that may include possession proceedings, tenancy disputes, lease breaches, forfeiture, rent recovery, dilapidations, and other property litigation matters. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the wider Property and Litigation teams on more complex cases.
The firm is keen to hear from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced Fee Earners with previous landlord and tenant litigation experience. As well as strong technical ability, they're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships and wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
