A Private Client Assistant / Paralegal plays a key role in supporting solicitors while helping clients through matters such as Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

We're working with a respected law firm looking to expand its Private Client team with the addition of a Private Client Assistant / Paralegal.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with experienced fee earners, assisting on a wide variety of Private Client matters while helping the department run efficiently. Whether you're already working as a Private Client Assistant or have Paralegal experience, this is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your skills within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
• Opening and managing client files
• Supporting fee earners with the progression of matters
• Providing general administrative support across the department

This role would suit someone with previous Private Client experience who enjoys working closely with clients and being part of a professional, team-focused environment. The firm is keen to invest in the right person and offers genuine opportunities to broaden your knowledge and progress over time.
