We're working with a respected law firm looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal / Assistant to strengthen its busy Residential Property department.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with experienced fee earners, providing support across a wide range of residential property matters. The firm offers excellent training and encourages professional development, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in conveyancing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Supporting remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions
• Preparing legal documents and client correspondence
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
• Opening and managing client files, carrying out searches and maintaining accurate records
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure matters progress smoothly

This role would suit someone with previous Residential Property experience who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment.
