We're working with a highly regarded law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer to join its expanding Commercial Property team.

You'll handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters, working with businesses, investors, developers and landlords across a variety of transactions. The firm has an excellent reputation for client service and offers the support and resources needed to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice.

The role will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease negotiations
• Property development and site acquisitions
• Refinancing and secured lending transactions
• Supporting clients with a wide range of commercial property enquiries
