This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager who understands how partnership businesses operate. Our client is particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked within a law firm, accountancy practice, or another partnership-based professional services organisation, where building relationships and influencing stakeholders is key.
You'll play a central role in developing and implementing business development strategies, supporting partners with client development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, preparing pitches and proposals, attending networking events, and helping to raise the firm's profile within the market.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive, and confident building relationships with people at all levels. Previous experience within a partnership model is essential, as you'll understand the unique dynamics of working alongside Partners and supporting business growth in a professional services environment.
