Senior Accountant / Client Manager

We’re working with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Southampton that’s looking to appoint a Senior Accountant / Client Manager as part of their continued growth.

The Role:

• Taking ownership of portfolio of clients, managing and delegating workflow and client relationships
• Reviewing year end accounts under FRS 102 1A and 102
• Reviewing VAT returns, bookkeeping, and tax work
• Reviewing management accounts
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering advice and support
• Supporting, mentoring, and line managing junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong experience within a UK accountancy practice
• Good technical knowledge across accounts, VAT, and tax
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
