Since I've been old enough to work, I've always worked in people-orientated roles, be that customer service, sales or recruitment. I fell into recruitment, as most people do, and quickly found a passion for helping people better their personal and professional lives. Alongside this, I had always had longer-term goals of working closely alongside businesses, helping them grow and improve - recruitment was the perfect way for me to do this.
