Private Client Paralegal

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients busy team in Fareham.

Role Overview

As a Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced Solicitors, providing vital support across a diverse caseload of matters and manage your own small caseload also. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Will Drafting
• Assisting and helping to run client meetings and consultations.
• advising on a range of private client legal matters (wills, LPA's, Probate, Trusts etc)
• Drafting legal documents
• Using case management software (LEAP)
• Client Communication
• Legal Document Review

Candidate Requirements

This role would suit an unqualified candidate with fee-earning experience or alternatively, a candidate keen to further their responsibilities and gain exposure with client contact.

• Previous experience in a private client legal role.
• Strong client care skills and a dedication to delivering excellent service.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and the ability to work well within a team.
