Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal

The role:

Our client, a respected law firm in the Romsey area, is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join their team.

Your day-to-day will be varied, and each day will be different based on the demands of the caseload. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assist solicitors with all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Draft documents related to property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties when need be.
• Maintain accurate and organised client files, both physical and electronic.
• Manage and respond to client enquiries promptly and efficiently.

Our client is keen to find a candidate who is looking for a long-term opportunity, whether they want to stay in the same role or progress to a more senior position.

• At least 6 months of experience in conveyancing.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
