About the Role

Working closely with our client, Christopher Brian is looking for a paralegal to join the Probate team at a full-service law firm based in Basingstoke.

This team provides expert advice on a broad range of private client matters and concentrates on building long term relationships with their clients whilst maintaining their collaborative and respectful work culture. This role assists fee earners with their caseloads whilst also managing lower-risk matters on their own desk

 

The role:

  • Supporting fee earners with their varied caseload of matters
  • Drafting of legal documents
  • Responsible for lower-risk matters with some supervision
  • Ensuring compliance and management of billing procedures

About you:

  • Experience as a paralegal in a wills, trust and probate team
  • Technical knowledge of private client procedures and documentation
  • Experience with handling estate administration will be a benefit
