The role:
Your caseload will vary and you will gain exposure to a range of transactions, including:
- freehold and leasehold transactions,
- sales and purchases,
- mortgages and remortgages,
- transfers of equity,
- equity release,
- lease extensions
The client will NEED a candidate with prior experience of the conveyancing process, the can offer training to the right candidate, but do expect some level of experience, as they couldn’t support a candidate who needs training from scratch.
