Commercial Property Fee-Earner

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm based in central Brighton that’s looking to recruit a Commercial Property Fee Earner/Paralegal to join their established team. This is a great opportunity to work on a varied caseload while being part of a supportive and professional environment.

The role:

• Managing a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
• Handling acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters and development work
• Acting for a range of clients including local businesses, investors and developers
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About you:

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner with commercial property experience
• Confident managing your own caseload (some training can be provided)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
