About the Role

Christopher Brian is working closely with a well-established and respected law firm in Andover who are looking to add a Dispute Resolution/Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This role is perfect for either a Solicitor or Legal Executive ready to take the next step.

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of a wide range of matters, including commercial, property and other disputes. From initial instruction, through to resolution
  • Advising clients on the merit of their case, including success and potential risks
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Conducting negotiations with other parties, including opposing solicitors and representing clients in court

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge of law changes and legel precedents
  • Ability. To ork to tight deadlines
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Commercial awareness
