Litigation Executive

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Lymington looking to recruit a Litigation Executive to join their friendly and established team. They’re keen to bring in a strong fee earnerwho can hit the ground running and take real ownership of their work.

The role:

• Managing your own caseload of litigation matters with minimal supervision
• Handling a range of disputes including civil, property and commercial litigation
• Taking a hands-on approach to progressing files efficiently and commercially
• Drafting high-quality correspondence and legal documents
• Acting as a confident point of contact for clients

About you:

• Experienced Litigation Executive, Legal Executive or fee earner
• Strong technical knowledge across litigation matters
• Proven ability to manage and progress your own caseload
• Commercially aware and confident in dealing with clients
• Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work

This role would suit someone who enjoys the technical side of litigation and wants to be trusted to deliver, without being micromanaged.
