Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Our client, a respected law firm in Fareham, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the conveyancing process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist solicitors with all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
• Conduct property searches and compile reports
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties
• Maintain accurate and organised client files, both physical and electronic
• Manage and respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

Our client is keen to find a candidate who is able to hit the ground running relatively quickly after joining, therefore the following skills/experience points are ideal:

• At least 6 months of experience in conveyancing
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with conveyancing software is a plus
