We are seeking an experienced and driven Solicitor to join a well-established and expanding Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with any level of post-qualification experience, or qualified by experience.
You will be part of one of the region's best teams, known for their collaborative environment and opportunities to take hold of your career whether you want progression or stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Handle your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Assist with post-completion registrations when needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Residential Property as a fee earner
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually when needed
