Conveyancing Executive (Fee earning)

We are working closely alongside a longstanding client of ours who is growing their conveyancing division in Petersfield.

This opportunity has come as a result of continued success, cementing them as one of the area’s leading firms.

It’s a great opportunity for a conveyancer with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process to further their skills, develop and earn well whilst doing so.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of your own, but you will receive administrative support, making it easy to reach and exceed targets.

Whilst you will be targeted, the firm is flexible and doesn’t have ‘cut-throat’ policies. Your role will be to:

• Managing a caseload of mixed matters
• Working towards both team and individual billing targets
• Delegating administrative work to support staff
• Deliver a smooth and comprehensive service to clients, aiding in building the firm’s reputation.

The Candidate:

As you will be responsible for your own caseload, our clients are keen to find a candidate who can provide a great service to clients above everything else.

As well as this, the ideal candidate will also have/be:

• Solid experience as a fee earner (qualified or QBE)
• Based within commutable distance of Petersfield, although you may WFH 3 days per week
