Conveyancer (Fee earner)

We are seeking an experienced and driven fee earner to join a well-established and expanding residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with any level of post-qualification experience, or qualified by experience also.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Handle your own caseload with assistance
• Assist with post-completion registrations when needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in residential property - as a fee earner
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually when needed
