Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a talented and motivated Property Solicitor to join a well-established, boutique law firm in Cirencester.

You will be involved in a diverse caseload spanning Commercial Property, Agricultural Land, and Rural Estates. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and play a key role in the future development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a mixed caseload with a focus on Commercial Property and Agricultural Estates.
• Support partners on a range of real estate matters, including transactions, leases, and land management.
• Deliver practical, client-focused advice with a high level of personal service.
• Contribute to the growth and long-term success of the firm.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years PQE in a Property-focused role (essential).
• Strong client relationship skills and a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in property environment.
• Interest in commercial, rural, and agricultural property law.
• A team player who is also capable of working independently.
