The Company & Role
We're working with a well-established accountancy practice in Chichester that's looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant / Client Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, wants more responsibility, and is looking for a firm where they can continue developing their career.
You'll be working with a varied portfolio of businesses, with responsibilities including:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients and acting as their main point of contact
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns, VAT returns and management accounts
- Reviewing work completed by junior accountants and providing guidance where needed
- Advising clients on accounting and tax matters, working closely with the firm's senior management team
- Supporting the ongoing development of client relationships
About You
We're keen to hear from anyone with previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice, ideally at Accounts Senior or Client Manager level.
ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE candidates are welcome, particularly those who enjoy client interaction and are looking to take the next step in their career.
