Audit Senior / Semi Senior – Oxford

In this role you'll be leading or assisting with audit assignments from planning through to completion while working with a varied portfolio of clients and continuing to develop your career within a supportive accountancy practice.

We're working with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Oxford that is looking to recruit an Audit Senior or Audit Semi Senior as part of its continued growth.

You'll work closely with experienced Managers and Partners, gain exposure to a broad client base, and enjoy clear opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading or assisting with audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Preparing and reviewing audit files and supporting fieldwork both on-site and remotely
• Preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations where required
• Building strong relationships with clients across a variety of sectors
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team
• Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client service
• Continuing your ACA or ACCA studies with full support if applicable

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates with previous audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice. Applications are welcomed from Audit Semi Seniors with around 18 months' experience through to experienced Audit Seniors. ACA/ACCA students, finalists, qualified and qualified by experience candidates will all be considered.
