We're recruiting for a friendly, personal, and forward-thinking accountancy practice in Farnham, which has a lovely team environment and great people-first approach!

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual studying towards ACA/ACCA (part-qualified) with 1–2 years of UK audit experience, looking to build on their skills within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
- Working on a variety of interesting and complex audit assignments across multiple sectors
- Preparing audit files, supporting audit planning, and leading or assisting with fieldwork
- Completing audit sections or smaller audits from start to finish as you gain experience
- Preparing corporation tax computations alongside audit work
- Supervising, training, and assisting junior team members
- Managing your own workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Liaising with seniors, managers, and partners to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Collaborating closely with other teams across the firm to deliver a seamless client experience
- Opportunity to get involved in accounts preparation alongside your audit work

Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified (or studying)
- Minimum 1–2 years of UK audit experience in practice
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven IT skills: Excel essential; experience with IRIS, Xero, Sage, Caseware, CCH advantageous
- Positive, confident, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
