We're delighted to be working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Reading that is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior due to continued expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practice experience who wants to continue developing their technical skills within a firm that genuinely invests in its people. You'll work closely with experienced accountants and partners while gaining exposure to a broad range of clients and responsibilities.

The Role

You'll be involved in a varied mix of accounts work, including:

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
• Preparing corporation tax returns
• Completing VAT returns and management accounts
• Supporting with bookkeeping where required
• Liaising with clients and responding to day-to-day accounting queries
• Working alongside senior team members while gradually taking on more responsibility

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates with previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice. Whether you're AAT qualified, currently studying ACA/ACCA, or qualified by experience, we'd love to hear from you.
