Candidate Journey

This candidate worked with two of our consultants, Bailey Nathanael and Todd Grainger. We initially met with the candidate on a Teams call following their application. We spent about an hour understanding more about them, their experience, long-term goals, motivators, and what they ideally wanted in their next role.
