Senior Employment Associate

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to take on a senior, visible role, working closely with partners and playing a key part in the continued development of the department.

The role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, acting primarily for employers across a range of sectors, with some exposure to senior employee matters.

Your work will include:

• Advising on day-to-day HR and employment issues

• Managing Employment Tribunal claims

• Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements

• Supporting on restructures, redundancies and TUPE matters

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

You’ll be joining a collaborative and commercially focused team, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged and junior lawyers are supported. There may also be the opportunity to supervise or mentor more junior members of the team.
