We’re recruiting for our client, a growing law firm looking to appoint two Residential Property Lawyers across its Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook offices.

The firm is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with at least one year’s PQE who enjoy delivering excellent client service without the culture and pressures often associated with larger firms.

You’ll manage a varied caseload covering:

Freehold and leasehold property
New-build transactions
Shared ownership
Land transactions
Liaising with estate agents and financial advisers
Providing clear, practical advice to clients
Quotations, billing and financial management
Building client relationships and supporting business development
