The Role
We're working with a thriving law firm in Eastbourne looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with an additional Conveyancer.
You'll be involved in a range of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge while working alongside experienced colleagues.
Typical work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
- Managing transactions through to completion
This opportunity would suit a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a firm that genuinely values its people, encourages professional development and offers a healthy work-life balance.
