An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to take over an existing caseload.

Our client, based in central Cardiff, is looking to strengthen its already successful property team by welcoming a motivated and passionate legal professional who can help drive the firm’s continued growth and success.

The role

Manage a mixed caseload independently Work towards realistic billing targets (team & individual) Delegate admin tasks to dedicated support staff Deliver a smooth, high-quality service to clients Help strengthen the firm’s reputation through excellent client care

 About you

Proven experience as a Fee Earner (qualified or QBE) Confident managing your own files Client-focused, organised, and commercially aware Based within commutable distance of Cardiff
