About the Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy, award-winning Residential Property team in Cowbridge for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress to Paralegal while working in a supportive, client-focused environment.

The Role

You’ll support Senior Property Lawyers with a wide range of residential conveyancing tasks, including:

Preparing quotes, liaising with clients, and handling enquiries Assisting with case management and legal procedures Requesting searches and making applications to Land Registry Dealing with lenders, Land Registry, and other third parties Processing post, emails, and updating case management systems File preparation, closing, and archiving Undertaking training and development opportunities

About You

1+ years’ experience in residential property matters Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or ready to step up to a Paralegal role Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a team Strong communication skills and client-focused
