The role:

• Managing a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters
• Delivering exceptional client care throughout the conveyancing process
• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other professionals
• Maintaining high standards of file management and compliance
• Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the Residential Property department

About you:

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, or an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner with a strong track record of managing your own caseload
• Confident handling residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering a first-class service
