About the Role

Private Client Tax Partner
Lead, influence, and shape the future of a growing private client tax offering

We’re working with a highly regarded accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Partner to play a key role in the next stage of its growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client tax professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, leading from the front, and delivering high-level advice across a varied portfolio of individuals, families, trusts, and estates.

The role will include:

  • Leading a portfolio of private clients, HNWIs, families, and trusts
  • Providing advice across personal tax, IHT, trusts, estates, and succession planning
  • Working closely with other Partners on complex advisory projects
  • Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Supporting and developing junior members of the tax team
  • Playing an active role in the continued growth of the private client offering

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong private client tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent background
  • A commercial, client-focused approach
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Someone who enjoys combining technical quality with a personable, trusted-adviser style

Why this role stands out:

  • Genuine influence at senior level
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Clear scope to shape and grow a service line
  • High-quality client work with plenty of variety
  • A firm that values its people and offers flexibility where appropriate

Even if you’re not currently operating at Partner level but feel ready for that step, we’d still be keen to speak with you.

Please note: your application will not be sent directly to the employer. We’ll always speak with you first, talk through the opportunity in detail, and only move forward with your approval.
