We’re working with a highly respected and growing accountancy practice in Bath that’s looking to appoint a Partner as part of their long-term succession and growth plans.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a firm that values its people, promotes a collaborative culture, and offers genuine influence over the direction of the business.

The Role:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of key clients
• Leading and developing a team across accounts, audit, and/or tax
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic and commercial insight
• Driving business development and identifying growth opportunities
• Working closely with fellow Partners on firm strategy and operations
• Maintaining high standards of service delivery and client care

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in practice
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio at a senior level

• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability
