We’re working with a growing accountancy practice in Worthing who are looking to add a Management Accountant to their team.

The Role
A varied position where you’ll work closely with clients and senior team members:

• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• VAT returns and balance sheet reconciliations
• Reviewing bookkeeping and supporting junior staff
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients
• Providing insights to help clients make better financial decisions

You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.

What we’re looking for

• 1 year + experience producing management accounts
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
