Christopher Brian Recruitment is working with a well-established law firm near Broadstone that's looking to appoint an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team.

You'll inherit a quality caseload from the outset, working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment where collaboration is genuinely encouraged. If you've built your own client following or referrer network, that's a welcome bonus, but it's certainly not essential.

The role:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters
• Building lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout every transaction
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide an efficient and professional service
