Our client is looking for an Employment Solicitor with around 3–5 years’ PQE to join its team in Seaford.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you’ll have plenty of autonomy to manage your own caseload while still benefiting from the knowledge and support of experienced colleagues.

Your work will include:

• Advising employers and employees on employment law matters
• Managing contentious and non-contentious cases
• Handling Employment Tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
• Acting on both claimant and respondent matters
• Providing practical, commercially focused advice
• Supporting the firm’s HR consultancy team and its external clients
• Networking and contributing to business development

You’ll need solid employment law experience, strong drafting and technical skills and the confidence to manage matters independently. Excellent client care and a practical, commercial approach to problem-solving are equally important.
