About the Role
This firm has built an excellent reputation locally, with a strong base of repeat clients and referrals. As a result, you’ll be joining a busy, well-run department where work is consistent and of good quality.
You’ll support experienced fee earners on a range of residential transactions, playing a key role in keeping matters progressing smoothly from instruction through to completion.
The role will involve:

Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Preparing documents and handling correspondence

Liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties

Managing diaries, appointments and key milestones

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration
This position would suit someone with some prior conveyancing experience who enjoys a support-focused role and working as part of a close-knit team.
