Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its Eastbourne office following continued growth within the department.

Ideally suited to a solicitor with around 2–6 years’ PQE, this role offers considerable variety and the opportunity to further develop your commercial contracts expertise with support from experienced colleagues.

Your work will include advising on:

• Commercial contracts and business agreements
• IT and technology agreements
• Data protection
• Manufacturing and supply agreements
• Joint ventures
• Shareholders’ agreements
• Intellectual property agreements and licences
• Partnership and LLP agreements
• Terms and conditions of business

This is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who wants to broaden their technical knowledge while becoming an important part of an established Corporate and Commercial team.
