An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Assistant to join a well-established and growing firm in the Chichester area.

This role offers a varied and high-quality caseload, a supportive team environment, making it ideal for a paralegal looking to progress.

The Role:
You will handle a broad range of both Residential & Commercial property matters. You will be encouraged to manage your own caseload (if capable), build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Assistant / Paralegal (preferably property related)
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident managing files independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
