The role:
- Providing day-to-day support to Commercial Property fee earners
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and Land Registry forms
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional contacts
- Managing diaries, appointments and file administration
- Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Ensuring files remain compliant and accurately maintained throughout each transaction
