The Role:

In this Tax Senior role, you will be looking after a mix of business and private clients, taking responsibility for their tax matters from start to finish. This includes preparing income and expenditure accounts, submitting personal tax returns to HMRC, and handling more complex areas like pension tax calculations. Full support and training will also be provided where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for a varied workload of professional self-employed clients
• Prepare income and expenditure accounts from diverse sources (salary, rental income, etc.)
• Prepare personal tax returns and submissions to HMRC
• Conduct complex calculations involving pension tax calculations and advising on pension tax matters (training provided)
• Provide ad hoc tax advice as required
• Develop close working relationships with the team and clients
