Senior Accountant (Audit and Accounts)

We’re working with a well-established accountancy practice in Guildford that’s continuing to grow and invest in its team.

The Role:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients across audit and accounts (with some tax work involved too)
• Leading/supervising audits from planning through to completion
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts (FRS 102 and 102 1A)
• Undertaking a range of personal tax activities (advisory and compliance work)
• Reviewing work from juniors and supporting their development
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering advice and support

What we’re looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE
• Strong audit and accounts experience within a UK practice
• Someone who enjoys building client relationships and developing others

This role can be shaped depending on your level – whether you’re stepping into management or already there and looking for a clear path upwards.
