Residential Property Solicitor

The Role

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new build and remortgage transactions
• Acting as a senior figure within the Bristol office, helping shape the growth and direction of the team
• Driving business development initiatives to raise the firm’s profile and generate new work in the local market
• Developing strong relationships with agents, brokers and local introducers
• Providing leadership and mentorship as the office and team expand
• Working closely with the wider firm to ensure high standards of service and continued growth

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
• A commercially minded and proactive individual who enjoys networking and business development
• Someone who thrives in a modern, entrepreneurial environment
• Ambition to take on leadership and management responsibilities
