We’re working with a highly regarded accountancy practice that is looking to appoint a new Partner to play a key role in the next stage of its growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Partner (Senior Manager Cosidered - this would offer a pathway to Partner) who enjoys building trusted relationships, leading from the front, managing a team, and delivering high-level advice across a varied portfolio of OMBs, SMEs, and other company clients. 

The role will include:

• Taking a lead on a range of statutory accounts, tax, and audit projects/work, ensuring all work is completed to standard and ontime
• Working closely with other Partners on complex advisory projects
• Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
• Supporting and developing members of the tax team
• Playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice - recruitment, signing new clients, managing exisiting ones etc 

What they’re looking for:

• Previous experiecne of working as a Senior Manager or Partner within an accountancy practice 
• Background that covers most areas of accounts, tax, and audit work 
• CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent background
• A commercial, client-focused approach
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Someone who enjoys combining technical quality with a personable, trusted-adviser style
