We’re working with a Top 100 accountancy practice in Newbury who are looking to recruit an Outsourcing Senior to join their growing team.

The Role:
A hands-on outsourcing role with a mix of bookkeeping, management accounts, and client interaction.

• Preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns
• Supporting a portfolio of clients across different sectors
• Acting as a key point of contact for client queries
• Assisting with cashflow forecasting and reporting
• Supporting and reviewing junior team members
• Working with cloud software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within an accountancy practice is essential
• Strong background in bookkeeping and management accounts
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• AAT qualified / ACA or ACCA studying (or QBE)

Basic Details:

• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working
• Flexi hours
• Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
