About the Role
We’re working with an expanding law firm in Lymington that’s looking to recruit an Employment Lawyer to support and develop this area of work. At the moment, employment matters are shared across the team, so this is a real opportunity to shape something and make it your own.
This role can suit two profiles. Either someone technically strong who enjoys the detail of employment law, or someone ready to take the lead and build out the offering longer term.
The role:
- Handling a range of employment matters for the firm’s existing client base
- Advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues
- Supporting colleagues across the firm with employment-related queries
- Helping to develop and grow the employment offering over time
- Building relationships with clients and becoming a key point of contact

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law
- Strong technical knowledge or an interest in developing a specialism
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- An interest in contributing to the growth of a department
