A long-established practice based in the heart of Horsham is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to come in and ensure the Tax department runs both smoothly and efficiently, while enjoying a hybrid working environment.

Position Overview

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you'll report and liaise with the Senior Management team & Corporate Tax Manager. Your general responsibilities include working with nearly 100 staff across the tax team, serving a range of corporate clients with tax advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise UK and international clients on tax-efficient structuring.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally on cross-border matters.
  • Lead Corporate Tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Review complex corporation tax returns to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Train and mentor a team of three within the Corporate Tax team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for several key clients.

Required Qualifications

  • CTA Qualified or qualified by experience
  • Experience within corporate tax
  • Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior staff
  • Ability to travel to client offices when required
