About the Role
Our client, based in Chatham, is looking to continue the success of their Residential Property team with the addition of a Conveyancing Assistant.
Following a strong year of growth and increased client instructions, they are now seeking an organised and proactive assistant to support their conveyancers and ensure a smooth client experience.
You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners, giving you excellent exposure to all stages of the conveyancing process. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their technical skills and progress within a well-established team.
The position will involve assisting with a varied caseload of residential transactions, liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties, preparing documents, and helping to drive matters forward efficiently.
You will be supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team, giving you the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded conveyancing professional. As the department continues to grow, there may be opportunities for further progression if desired.
