Our client in Sevenoaks is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team

The role:
Your caseload will vary and you will gain exposure to a range of transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Lease extensions
The client will need a candidate with prior experience of the conveyancing process, the can offer training to the right candidate, but do expect some level of experience, as they couldn’t support a candidate who needs training from scratch.
