Are you qualified, part-way through your ACA or ACCA, or looking to start the exams soon, and looking for a role where you'll be supported, challenged, and given the space to grow?

We're working with a leading independent firm in Blackburn that's continuing to grow their audit team, looking for candidates at semi-senior to senior level, to join their high-performing team. If you've got more than 1-2 years' experience in practice experience in audit and want to take the next step with full study support and a great team behind you, this one's for you.

Responsibilities:

• Getting stuck into a variety of audit work across different sectors
• Supporting senior staff and developing your client-facing skills
• Leading smaller audits and assisting on larger assignments
• Preparing working papers and audit files to a high standard
• Taking on more responsibility as you gain confidence
• Mentoring junior colleagues and learning from senior ones
• Building great relationships with clients and your team

Requirements:

• Around 12+ months experience in audit (practice background)
• Ideally currently studying ACA or ACCA
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• A team player who's ready to take the next step
• Curious, adaptable, and ready to build a long-term career in audit
